Applications are invited for the Vice chancellor from Ocean University of Sri Lana.
Closing Date - 02 April 2025
Following documents should accompany the applications.
- Complete curriculum vitae including the date of birth of the applicant. The applicant should be a citizen of Sri Lanka and shall be less than 63 years of age by the closing date of the application.
- A statement of vision for the development of the University and a brief account of what the applicant proposes to achieve if appointed to the post of Vice-Chancellor.
- Where the incumbent Vice Chancellor is an applicant or had held the post of Vice Chancellor of the University before, he/she shall give a report highlighting accomplishments during his/her first period of the office, in addition to the documents mentioned in section (i) and (ii) above
- A letter from the employer, including whether the applicant could be released in the event of his /her appointment to the post in the case of an applicant serving in public service, corporation, statutory bodies, or higher educational institutions in the case of external applicants.
