Message for OL 2020 Teachers (Education Ministry)
Collecting Information on GCE O/L Exam 2020
Survey conduct by the Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka regarding the G.C.E. O/L Examination due to be held in January 2021
The purpose of this form is to collect data about units (on subjects and mediums relevant to the G.C.E. O/L examination) covered at the schools as teaching activities may not have been able to carry out as normal due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Fill this form from Nov 23 to Nov 29, 2020
Note : teachers enter your NIC No (without V or X) and click search and Details will be generated Automatically. If Not Please contact via email grade11@moe.gov.lk to sort out the problem
1. Enter Your NIC No and Click Search
2. Then Select Subject, Medium and parallel Classes Amount.
3. Click Generate to fill the amount of completed units
(Total Units given, You can select the unit covered by each parallel class via online and off line)
if you want to select another subject, Click + mark (read 4th instruction here)
4.if you teach more than one subject , Click + mark to add Another Subject
