Bachelor's Degree of minimum three years (03) duration or any other equivalent qualification acceptable to the Senate of the Open University of Sri Lanka.

Should be a Teacher or a Principal of a government or a private school or an In-service Teacher Adviser or a Teacher Educator or an Officer in the Sri Lanka Educational Administrative Service or a fulltime member in the academic staff in Universities, Technical Colleges and Teachers Colleges or a Lecturer in the NIE
