Here we have highlighted the important instructions on 2022 National school teacher transfer procedure.

Important notices on 2022 National School Teacher Transfer

Only the Online form should be used. Apply through the link https://nstt.moe.gov.lk
Facilities for submitting applications via online should be arranged by the respective teachers
Online Application Period 17.04.2022 - 30.04.2022
Printed copies of applications should be sent to the Ministry of Education before 20.05.2022 by principal
Teachers should attach the following documents certified by the Principal along with the application form

Copy of the first appointment letter
A copy of the last issued transfer letter
timetable

If applying to a provincial school, 4 sets of the above application and documents should be submitted
its mandatory to apply for the teachers whom Service period is more than 10 years.
Service period should be calculated as on 31.12.2021
The application form should be completed by the teacher himself
Corrections cannot be made after applications have been submitted. If there are any errors in the print version, the relevant corrections should be made with a short signature and hand it over to the Principal.
Must name at least three schools for transfers
