Department of Examination requests the school principals to verify the school period of GCE A/L 2021 students to speed up the process of releasing cutoff marks of Students.

First you have to fill the date joined of the said student to your school
If the said student have already left the school after G.C.E.(Advanced Level) examination 2021 ,fill the relevant box if not leave it blank.
If a student had joined your school on any date after 01.02.2019, give the details of each school and relevant schooling period of that student who have attended during three (03) year period prior to that date.
Insert the date joined to the said school according to the Student Leaving Certificate (SLC) and the date leave from said school
