Declaring a National day of Mourning
In view of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis into eternal rest, the Government has decided to declare April 26, 2025 the day on which His Holiness's final rites will be held as a National Day of Mourning
02. Accordingly, you are kindly informed to make arrangements for the national flag to be flown at half-mast at all government establishments on April 26, 2025.
