Qualifications
- Being a retired officer who has served in any post in Grade 1 or Special Grade of Government Executive Service Category
- Knowledge of English / Tamil other than Sinhala language will be an added qualification
- Experience in investigations will be a special qualification
- Will be appointed on contract basis initially for one year and the National Police Commission will decide on extension of service based on performance
- An all inclusive monthly allowance of Rs. 60,000.00 will be paid
- Should not have exceeded 63 years as at the closing date of applications.
