1. First go to below link and check weather your W & OP card is available in Online

        (Enter your NIC and use Block Capital Letter for V or X)

Check W & OP Card Online

If your W & OP is  Available Online you  NO NEED to Re-register.
If your card NOT AVAILABLE in Online you HAVE TO re register.

• for re register you need a W & OP number. If you have not got a W & OP number please meet your file clerk.
• you need your Spouse Details including  Birth certificate no, and Marriage certificate no and details of Children.

மாணவர்களுக்கான அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் 

1. பரீட்சை நேரம் தொடர்பாக அறிந்திருக்க வேண்டும்
1. பத்திரம் I மு.ப 9.30 தொடக்கம்  மு.ப.  10.15 வரை (45 நிமிடங்கள் )
2. பத்திரம் II மு.ப 10.45  தொடக்கம் நண்பகல்  12.00  மணி வரை  (1 மணி 15 நிமிடங்கள் )
2. மு.ப 9.00 மணிக்கு மாணவர்கள் தம் கதிரையில் அமர வேண்டும் என்பதால் குறித்த நேரத்திற்கு சமூகம் தந்திருத்தல் 
3. மாணவர்கள் தமது சுட்டெண்ணை உடையின் இடது பக்கத்தில் அணிந்து இருத்தல்
4. விடையளிக்க பென்சில், நீல நிற பேனா அல்லது கருப்பு நிற பேனா பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
5. பரீட்சை தாளில் சரியாக சுட்டெண்ணை எழுதுதல். (முதலாம் மூன்றாம் பக்கங்களில் இடம் ஒதுக்கப் பட்டிருக்கும் )
6. தரப்பட்ட அறிவுறுத்தல்களை பின்பற்றி விடையளிக்கவும்.
7. செய்கை தாள் வழங்கப்படும் 
8. பரீட்சை தாளினை கையில் எடுத்தும் பதறாமல் ஒழுங்காக வாசித்து விடையளிக்கவும்.

பெற்றோருக்கான அறிவுறுத்தல்கள்

1. நேர காலத்துடன் மாணவர்களை பரீட்சை நிலையத்துக்கு அழைத்து வரல் வேண்டும்,
2. பரீட்சை நிலையத்தினுள் உள் நுழைய கூடாது
3. இடைவேளையின் போது பரீட்சை நிலையத்தினுள் உள் நுழைய அனுமதி வழங்கப் பட மாட்டாது 
4. பிள்ளைக்கு சிற்றுண்டி மற்றும் தண்ணீர் போத்தல் கொடுத்து அனுப்பவும்
