Official Languages Department released the rejected list of October Oral Exam 2019. Applicants from May 11 to September 09 were sat for the oral exam in october. Some applications were rejected and Department request the applicant to re apply for the Oral Exam.

Applications are invited for advanced certificate in science course from open university of Sri Lanka. This is the foundation programme to an entry qualification for science & Engineering Technology Degrees.

Exemptions shall be granted for Part 1 courses (year 1), if students have followed the relevant subject in the GCE (A/L) and obtain at least of 40% overall marks at the Exemption Test conducted by the OUSL.

A student having a minimum of Simple Pass (S) for a relevant subject in the GCE (A/L), may claim exemptions for Parts 1 and 2 courses of the relevant discipline of the Advanced Certificate in Science programme, subject to acquiring a minimum of 50% of the total credit requirement by successful completion of courses.

Second Phase of GCE O/L 2019 Paper Marking starts on 18.01.2020 and ends on 26.01.2020. 27 Schools to be used for paper marking and 3 of them closed completely.
