Ministry of Education has released a circular regarding the Strealining teaching English as a second language in schools.
It emphais that the implementation of English Langage syllubus within the school, Execution programme in all the schools once a week is compulsory in order to give practical opportunities to improve students English Speaking skills and the role of the English Language Promotional Committee.
