Online Application Form for GCE (A/L) in Government Schools Ministry of Education

Before Applying to Online Application, Make sure these three

1. Your Stream (which stream you going to apply for)

2. Subject (What are the subject you wish to do)

3. Schools (Name of the school, Zone of the School and the Province)

and you need your O/L Index No and Your Date of Birth to login this system.

අයදුම් කිරිමට උපදෙස්

• මෙම පද්ධතිය ඔස්සේ එක් සිසුවෙකුට පාසල් 10ක් අයදුම්කළ හැකිය
• එක් එක් පාසල සඳහා වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් අයදුම්පත් යොමුකළ යුතුය.
• අයදුම්පත් භාරගන්නා අවසාන දිනය 2020/06/12 වේ.
• අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යාංශය විසින් මෙම අයදුම්පත් අදාළ පාසල්වල විදුහල්පතිවරුන් වෙත යොමු කරනු ඇත.
• සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණ සඳහා කැඳවීමක් ලද හොත් ඔබගේ සහතික පත්‍ර සහ අනෙකුත් අදාළ ලියකිවිලි සමඟ සම්මුඛ පරික්ෂණයට ඉදිරිපත් විය යුතුය.
• සිංහල හෝ දෙමළ භාෂාවෙන් තොරතුරු ඇතුළත් කිරිමේදි Unicode අකුරු භාවිතා කරන්න.
• අයදුම්පත් යොමු කිරිමෙන් පසු ඔබට යොමු අංකයක් ලැබෙනු ඇත. (අවශ්‍යතාවකදි භාවිතය සඳහා එය සටහන් කරගන්න).
• අයදුම්පත් ඉදිරිපත් කිරිම සම්බන්ධයෙන් යම් ගැටලුවක් ඇතහොත් පහත දුරකථන අංක අමතන්න.

விண்ணப்பிப்பது குறித்த அறிவுரை

• இந்த முறையின் கீழ் ஒரு மாணவர் 10 பாடசாலைகளுக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்
• ஒவ்வொரு பாடசாலைக்கும் தனித்தனியாக விண்ணப்பங்கள் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும்.
• விண்ணப்பங்களை ஏற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கான இறுதித்திகதி 2020/06/12
• கல்வி அமைச்சு இந்த விண்ணப்பங்களை அந்தந்த பாடசாலைகளின் அதிபர்களுக்கு அனுப்பும்.
• நேர்முகபரீட்சைக்கு அழைக்கப்பட்டால் உங்கள் சான்றிதழ்கள் மற்றும் பிற உரிய ஆவணங்களுடன் நீங்கள் தோற்ற வேண்டும். விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பித்த பிறகு நீங்கள் தொடர்புக்கான குறியெண்ணை பெறுவீர்கள். (தேவையின் போது அதை பயன்படுத்துங்கள்)
• சிங்களம் அல்லது தமிழ் மொழியில் தகவல்களை உள்ளிடும் போது unicode எழுத்தை பயன்படுத்துக.
• விண்ணப்பம் அனுப்புவது தொடர்பாக யாதும் பிரச்சனை இருப்பின் கீழ் காணும் தொலைபேசி இலக்கத்தை அழைக்கவும்

INSTRUCTIONS

• A student can apply for 10 schools Under this system
• Applications should be sent to each school separately.
• The deadline to accept applications is 2020/06/12
• The Ministry of Education will forward these applications to the Principals of the respective schools.
• If called for interview, You should participate along with your certificates and other relevant documents.
• Use Unicode fonts to insert details in Sinhala and Tamil languages
• You will receive a reference number after submitting the application. (Write it down for use when needed)
