(Sinhala /English) - 2018/2019
Eligibility:
Those who have to pass second language
Tertiary Education students
School Leavers
Those who are interested in Learning Sinhala/ English Language.
Required Basic Educational Qualification:
Completed G.C.E.(O/L) Examination
Conditions:
One can follow the course only at one time.
(Those who followed courses at this institution in the previous years are not eligible to apply)
Duration
Basic certificate course – Three months
Diploma course – One year
Lectures
8 hours per week. and will be held at Trilingual Learning Centre, J/Kaladdy M.M.T.M School, Jaffna.
