The amendment for Grade 6 students' admission under the circular no. 2008/37
related to the admission of students from Grade 2 to Grade 11
The guidance of this circular will void the circular no.2008137(1) dated 2008.10.30 issued
for grade 6 admission criteria and this amendment should be implemented with the circular
of 2008137 dated 2008.09.19 regarding the admission of students from grade 2 to grade I l.
02. Brother / Sister category 5%
03. The children of the staff, who work in an institution directly related to education within the zone. 2.5%
b. Students must qualify for the cut-off marks in the district where they sat for the scholarship examination if they are applying for a school which has school cut off.
c. If the students, who have obtained the cut off mark for the particular district and above have not appealed or applied , applicants who have not obtained the cut off mark can be considered for the existing vacancies under the relevant categories based on the marks they have obtained. Priority will be given to the higher marks.
